LICENSE

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company. IF you are using PHP, ASP or any data based program, you may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

- Use the FLA sources to create websites as you want for personal or professional use.
- Modify any part of FLAs.- You don't have to indicate the name of our website on yours.
- FLA sources can't be sold in any case, not even for your clients.
- FLA can't be used to create and sell templates as we do.
- FLA must be used by one webmaster and only one.
- FLA can't be used by schools or major companies before contacting us.
- FLA can't be sold, or given as free submission, if based on any content of FLA sources without contacting us first.

MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your purposes.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Dynamicfactory.co.uk

OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.

Debiting time of the cardholder

The cardholder will be debited instantaneously at the time of purchasing the selected products.

Cancellations

If for any reason, you have decided to change your mind and did not like the goods that we sent you, then you have the right to give us a notice of cancellation and may return the products (unopened) within 8 days by your receipt of the goods.

Refunds

If for any reason, you do not require an exchange and did not like the goods that we sent you, then you have the right to give us a notice of cancellation and may return the products (unopened) within 8 days by your receipt of the goods. We will refund your account within 30 days of our receipt of the goods.

Issuing of invoice

Issuing of the invoice takes place on the day of shipment, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Copy of the transaction data

The cardholder should retain a copy of the transaction at an easily accessible place.

Questions

The website will do all in its power to answer questions and inquiries within 24 hours.

Complaints

If you have any complaints about our service, please let us now in writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. We will seek to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will keep you advised as to what is happening throughout the resolution process.
