IF you are using PHP, ASP or any data based program, you may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design
What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?
You may:
- Build any website using the template in any way you like.
- Modify any part of FLAs.
- You don't have to indicate the name of our website on yours.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
- FLA flash template sources can't be sold in any case, not even for your clients.
- Our templates can't be used or integrated in any software using codes or design for commercial use (EX: Using our design to integrate other
technologies as PHP, ASP... and presenting them on your website without specific
license.)
- FLA flash template can't be used to create and sell templates as we do.
- FLA flash template must be used by one webmaster and only one.
- FLA flash template can't be used by schools or major companies before contacting us.
- FLA flash template can't be sold, or given as free submission, if based on any content of FLA sources without contacting us first.
I ordered a template but haven't received the download information.

What do I receive when I order a template from Dynamic Factory
For each template you will receive the fla source + the html page. The $499 package include all the templates of
Dynamic Factory (more than 370).For single template the price is indicated on the right of each little pics. Once your payment is validated by your bank, you will receive within 24H the codes allowing you to download your templates from a private interface. You will have one month to dowload all the templates including the templates added during that period.
In what formats are your templates available?
You need at least flash MX to edit our templates. (
www.macromedia.com) You don't need any additional software for hosting...
May I have some of your clients address?
We don't give any information about our customers. Our clients don't have to indicate that they ordered a template at Dynamic
Factory. Most of them want people to think that they did it themselves :o)
I have ordered a template and received my access codes but I still can't download it?
Please be sure that you have entered the correct access codes. Please check if you don't have a protection on your computer that doesn't allow you to download files (EX: Norton utilities)
Do you have any phone services?
Actually we don't have any phone services to provide the best prices. Feel free anyway to contact us for any

Why the text is so small?
Our templates goes from simple to advanced skills. Changing pics and text is really easy. Size of the template can be easily modify for a better view
Are your templates Microsoft FrontPage® compatible?
Most of templates come with HTML that is compatible with Adobe® GoLive®, Macromedia Dreamweaver® and Microsoft Frontpage®.
What software do you recommend for making HTML?
We think that Macromedia Dreamweaver® is the best.
Can I put thumbnails of templates on my website for my clients to choose designs?
Yes, of course.
Is it possible to use Dynamic Factory templates for developing websites for my customers?
Yes. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design and also save time and money.
Can I change the pictures on the flash animated website and put my own pictures instead?
Yes, you can.
Is the license a one-time fee payment?
Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges.
I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible?
Sorry, no. We work only with Chronopay.com and PayPal. We do not accept checks.
Is there any return policy in case I decide I don't like it after I've bought it?
No. Since we sell online products, we cannot control the future usage of our templates, that's why according to our Terms and Conditions we do not do refunds.
